3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only when all applicable conditions below are met:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The customer requests a return of a non-defective item within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and returned with original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories
- The return request is reviewed and approved by Cave and Patio LLC before the item is sent back
Items must be in new, resalable condition. Used, installed, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for return unless they were defective or damaged on arrival and reported within the required timeframe.
4. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

After review, Cave and Patio LLC may, at its discretion, offer replacement parts, an exchange, a refund, or authorize a return if needed.
5. Return Shipping and Fees
A) Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
- For all approved returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the cost of return shipping.
- Cave and Patio LLC does not provide prepaid return labels and is not responsible for issuing or covering return label costs.
- Returns should be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
- The customer remains responsible for the item until it is received and inspected at the authorized return destination.
B) Non-Defective Returns
- Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
Non-refundable charges: Any expedited shipping charges, special handling fees, white-glove delivery fees, installation fees, or similar service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Refunds and Replacements
- After an approved return is received and inspected, we will determine whether a refund, exchange, replacement, or partial refund applies.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and approval.
- If appropriate, we may offer a replacement item or replacement parts instead of a refund.
- If a returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, the refund may be denied or adjusted.
7. Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for eligible items that meet the return conditions in this policy. If an exchange is approved and a return shipment is required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Replacement items are shipped after the returned item is received and approved, unless we decide otherwise in writing.
